Tuong H. Nguyen holds a M.Sc. degree and a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science (Data Mining, Bioinformatics) from Polytech’Nantes (France). He is currently
Teaching Assistant at University of Paris Descartes (Paris 5) and Postdoctoral Fellow at the French Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM) U872, Nutriomics Team in collaboration with the Institute of Cardiometabolism And Nutrition Institute (ICAN) and working on data integration (cf. pipeline below) for FP7 MetaCardis project. Prior to joining INSERM as postdoctoral fellow, he served on the research and development at the Cantho University Software Center (CUSC, Vietnam) and DoYouBuzz (France). His research interests include machine learning (semantics web, bayesian networks, hidden markov model, evolutionary algorithm), bioinformatics (omics modeling and computational analysis) and maritime issues (southeast asian sea).
